隐私政策Privacy Policy
跳悦（JoySkip，下称「本应用」）由其开发者（下称「我们」）提供。本政策说明本应用处理数据的方式。
JoySkip (the "App") is provided by its developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the App handles data.
1. 我们不做的事
1. What we don't do
- 不要求注册账号，没有登录体系；
- 不集成任何第三方统计、广告、推送营销或跟踪 SDK；
- 不出售、共享任何用户数据（我们也没有可出售的数据）；
- 不采集位置、通讯录、相册浏览等与跳绳计数无关的信息。
- No account registration or login system;
- No third-party analytics, advertising, marketing-push or tracking SDKs;
- We do not sell or share any user data (we have none to sell);
- We do not collect location, contacts, photo-library browsing, or anything unrelated to jump-rope counting.

| Health & fitness data | Jump-rope workouts, heart rate and active energy are read and written locally on your device via Apple HealthKit. Everything written is stored in your device's Health app; cross-device syncing is performed by Apple's iCloud Health sync and controlled by your system settings. We cannot and do not transmit this data through any service of our own. |

4. 数据留存与删除
4. Data retention & deletion
- 卸载本应用即删除应用内的本地数据（训练明细、设置）；
- 已写入 Apple 健康的锻炼数据保存在健康 App 中，由你自行管理与删除。
- Uninstalling the App deletes its local data (training details, settings);
- Workouts already written to Apple Health stay in the Health app — you manage and delete them there yourself.
5. 健康数据特别说明
5. A note on health data
健康与运动数据属于敏感个人信息。本应用仅在实现产品功能所必需的范围内、在设备本地处理，不用于任何画像、广告或第三方共享目的。如果你不满 14 周岁，请在监护人指导下使用本应用并授权健康权限。
Health and fitness data is sensitive personal information. The App processes it only on-device, to the extent necessary for product features — never for profiling, advertising or sharing with third parties. If you are under 14, please use the App and grant Health permission under a guardian's guidance.
6. 政策变更
6. Changes to this policy
政策如有重大变更，我们会在本页面更新并修改「最后更新」日期。继续使用本应用即表示接受更新后的隐私政策。
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.

使用跳悦（JoySkip）即表示你同意本条款。请仔细阅读，特别是与订阅自动续费相关的第 4 条。
By using JoySkip you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, especially Clause 4 regarding auto-renewing subscriptions.
1. 服务说明
1. The service
- 免费版：提供跳绳实时计数（当次显示，不保存数据）；
- Pro（付费版）：解锁全部功能——定时/计数目标训练模式、语音播报、自动暂停、训练数据保存与写入 Apple 健康、iPhone 端历史/趋势/热力图分析与分享。
- Free tier: real-time jump-rope counting (shown for the current session, not saved);
- Pro (paid): unlocks everything — timed and count-goal training modes, voice announcements, auto-pause, saving workouts and writing them to Apple Health, plus history/trends/heatmap analysis and sharing on iPhone.
2. 7 天免费试用
2. 7-day free trial
- 每位新用户首次打开本应用即自动获得 7 天 Pro 免费试用：无需付款、无需订阅操作；
- 试用到期后不会自动扣费、不会自动转为付费订阅，你可自主选择是否购买；
- 为保障公平，卸载后重新安装（或更换设备后重新下载）不会再次获得试用；试用内产生并保存的数据不会删除，购买后即可回看。
- Every new user automatically gets a 7-day Pro free trial on first launch: no payment and no subscription required;
- When the trial ends, you are not charged and it does not convert into a paid subscription — whether to buy is entirely up to you;
- To keep it fair, reinstalling (or re-downloading on a new device) does not grant another trial; data saved during the trial is kept and viewable once you purchase.
3. 永久买断（一次性购买）
3. Lifetime purchase (one-time)
- 一次购买，永久使用全部 Pro 功能；
- 后续价格调整不影响已完成的有效购买；买断价格以购买时 App 内展示为准。
- Buy once, keep all Pro features forever;
- Later price changes do not affect completed purchases; the lifetime price is whatever the App displays at purchase time.

5. 限时优惠与价格调整
5. Limited-time offers & price changes
- 限时优惠为促销价格，可能调整或终止，以 App 内实时展示为准；
- 已生效订阅按订阅时价格续订，已完成买断不受任何后续调价影响；价格调整仅适用于调整后的新购买。
- Limited-time offers are promotional prices; they may change or end, and the App's live display prevails;
- Active subscriptions renew at the price at the time of subscription; completed lifetime purchases are never affected by later price changes — adjustments apply only to purchases made after them.
6. 订阅用户购买永久买断
6. Buying lifetime while subscribed
- 两类商品相互独立：购买永久买断不会自动替代或结束已有订阅，也不折算剩余订阅价值；
- 为避免重复扣费，购买永久后应用会引导你关闭月费订阅的自动续订（也可在 iPhone「设置 → 订阅」中自行关闭）；关闭后订阅服务持续到本期结束；
- 若在引导后仍被续费，可经 Apple「报告问题」（reportaproblem.apple.com）申请退款，你的永久使用权不受影响。
- The two products are independent: buying the lifetime purchase does not automatically replace or end an existing subscription, and remaining subscription value is not credited;
- To avoid double charging, the App will guide you to turn off the monthly subscription's auto-renewal after a lifetime purchase (you can also do it yourself in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions); the subscription then runs to the end of the current period;
- If you are still charged despite that guidance, you can request a refund via Apple's Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com); your lifetime entitlement is unaffected.
7. 兑换码
7. Offer codes
社区活动等场景发放的 Apple 兑换码（Offer Code / 促销代码）按 Apple 的兑换规则与有效期执行，可在本应用「设置 → 兑换码」或 App Store 中兑换。
Apple offer codes (Offer Code / promo codes) distributed e.g. in community events follow Apple's redemption rules and validity periods; redeem them in the App's Settings → Redeem Code, or in the App Store.
8. 恢复购买与退款
8. Restore purchases & refunds
- 更换设备或重新安装后，在解锁页（付费墙）页脚点「恢复购买」即可找回已有购买（同一 Apple ID）；
- 购买纠纷与退款统一由 Apple 处理：reportaproblem.apple.com。
- After changing devices or reinstalling, tap "Restore Purchases" in the paywall footer to recover existing purchases (same Apple ID);
- Purchase disputes and refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
9. 健康与安全免责声明

- 本应用提供的统计（次数、速度、消耗等）为算法合理努力下的参考值，受佩戴方式与传感器固有局限影响，可能存在误差，不构成医疗建议；
- 运动存在固有风险，请根据自身健康状况量力而行；有心血管等疾病者请遵医嘱；
- 请勿在运动中注视手表操作界面，注意周边环境与人身安全。
- The statistics the App provides (counts, speed, calories, etc.) are good-faith algorithmic estimates affected by how you wear the device and by inherent sensor limitations; they may contain errors and do not constitute medical advice;
- Exercise carries inherent risk — work within your own condition, and follow medical advice if you have cardiovascular or other conditions;
- Do not stare at the watch interface while jumping; stay aware of your surroundings and your safety.
10. 知识产权
10. Intellectual property
本应用的名称、图标、界面与代码的知识产权归其开发者所有；Apple、App Store、HealthKit 等相关名称与商标归 Apple Inc. 所有。
The App's name, icon, interface and code are the intellectual property of its developer; Apple, App Store, HealthKit and related names and trademarks belong to Apple Inc.
11. 服务变更、终止与条款修改
11. Changes, termination & amendments
我们可能随版本更新调整功能与服务内容；重大变更会通过应用内说明或本页面公告。本条款如有修改，以本页面最新版本为准。本条款的订立、效力与解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。
We may adjust features and services with app updates; material changes are announced in the App or on this page. If these terms are amended, the latest version on this page prevails. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
